N 300 Model EX 2700 wifi extender will not connect to my AT and T Netgear Router/Modem Model 890-755025-15. I get 3 green lights (router, power,wps) all green but device light is not green.

However it has become increasingly unstable. Regularly, devices will be disconneced and I have to forget the connection then re-connect with reentering the password. I have an Asus RT-AC68U router and I have the N300 set up and connected to it. All lights are green. However when I connect to MySSiD_Ext on my tablet (Nvidia Shield) or phone (Moto X) I get 'Authentication Problem.' I've tried many different ways to get this to work.
