The wireless router needs a lan ip of 192.168.2.x. The BGW keeps its default 192.168.1.254. I changed my secondary router's LAN IP, changing the 192.168.1.x to a 192.168.2.x. Over on the BGW router page, for IP Passthrough, it doesn't recognize the device in the device list anymore so I had to manually enter the MAC address and saved.
